"This programme exceeded my expectations as my mentor guided me and listened to my concerns and aspirations. I have progressed positively within my team, and this is partly due to the amazing advice and support provided by my mentor.

"The programme fulfilled my expectations and I am very grateful for having had the chance to be part of it. I had the chance to get advice from someone with more than 30 years of experience and it is just amazing how good advice can benefit an individual.
